Eric Philips

After a long and successful career designing and project managing hospitality projects, in 2008 Eric realised that the food industry was wasting far too much energy and decided to use his knowledge of the industry to develop processes and products to lower energy consumption.
​His earliest projects were based upon the use of existing manufacturers equipment, but he soon realised that to really make a difference he would have to dig deeper into the kitchen operations and procedures.
